These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YSDAcademy mobile application (“Application”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.


1. DEVELOPER INFORMATION

The Application YSDAcademy is owned and operated by Dillip Kumar Nath Media (“Developer”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.


2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Application.

If you are under 18, you may use the Application only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

By using the Application, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement.


3. USER ACCOUNT

5. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • We do not store card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials
  • Prices, subscription plans, and fees may change at our discretion

Refunds, if any, shall be governed by the specific refund policy displayed within the Application or at the time of purchase.


6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Share or resell content without authorization
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Application

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on YSDAcademy, including but not limited to:

  • Text
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Course materials

is the exclusive intellectual property of Dillip Kumar Nath Media and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.


8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application may contain links or integrations with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • Privacy practices
  • Service availability

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.


9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For legal or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
